Welcome to this innovative way of teaching the Bible. Although this is aimed at children, deaf, blind, and illiterate people, we have found that many adults also benefit from this style of teaching. In this blog we present you with training how to present this program. Then you get the first set of videos loaded with Bible-based training together with questionnaires, which you can use to emphasize the information the videos have provided.
The questions below each video are designed to discuss what the viewer has seen in the video and to guide the presenter of this video in ministering to the audience after the video was presented to them. The idea is to
· test how they have listened,
· re-emphasize important truths to solidify it in their minds and spirits, and
· create a foundation for the Holy Spirit to minister to them through the presenter as the facilitator.
Children of older than ten years of age would be able to do these videos with the questions on their own, but it's generally more fruitful if the parent/worker sits with the children to discuss the video and teach children the Word of God. As you would see in the training as well as on our completed videos, discussing the questions creates an opportunity for the facilitator to present additional relevant teaching as guided by the Holy Spirit. See this presentation by Aunty Jewels as an example of how we do it.
Feel therefore free to make use of this opportunity to speak into the children’s lives on the topic the video has highlighted.
The questions are designed to bring over a pertinent point and it is preferable that you stick closely to them.
Training is available here
Download from HERE the printable training document and the questionnaires for the videos below. When you present the videos via a laptop computer on a television set, you can use the printed questionnaires to guide you in the discussions (see how to do it in the training at the link above and in the printed download).

Genesis 6-7, Psalm 32
Intended Outcome:
God is pleased by
faith and obedience.
·
God has a detailed strategy and plan
with your life and wants to work along with you.
·
He will guide you to where you should
go and how to do those things that will bring you to your destiny. But you need
to listen and obey.
Questions
1.
Q:
According to the video, why was the Lord God unhappy?
A: (The people

thing.)
3.
Q: The
Lord told Noah in the finest detail how to build the Ark. Why
did He use
so much detail?
A: (The Lord

you think the Lord knows exactly what He’d like you to

9. Faith
Faith Questions
Genesis 6, Hebrews 11,
Romans 10:17
Intended Outcome:
·
It is
important that your audience understand that faith is like the ticket/voucher you hold onto until you get what the Lord
wants for you.
·
Life is
not about what you want, but about what the Lord wants or you; for the sake of
His Kingdom. This we receive through faith.
·
1
Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But
the greatest of these is love.” God’s love;
the ultimate solution to any challenge you face, is the object you aim to have.
It’s always there, but you need to make it your own. You hope (have a glad expectation) to possess and live out (exercise)
this object (God’s love). Faith is
the substance (something concrete) and evidence (the voucher or proof) that you
have it, until you feel part of it through a relationship with Him.
Questions
1.
Q: What does the video say
faith is like?
A:
(A movie ticket.)
2.
Q: What do you do every
time you lose hope that you will see the
movie?
A:
(You look at the ticket.)
3.
Q: The Bible says faith
makes God _________.
A:
(Happy. It gives Him pleasure.
Facilitator should expound on
this.)
4.
Q: Why did Noah hear the
Lord’s warnings?
A: (He
was friends with the Lord and therefore trusted Him.
Facilitator
should expound on this.)
5.
Q: Do you like it when
people don’t trust you? Do you think God
likes it when people don’t trust Him?
A:
(No. Facilitator should expound on this.)
6.
Q: There was no way Noah
could have known it would rain enough
to make the Ark float. Why?
A:
(It has never rained before because until
then the earth was
made wet by mist.)
7.
Q: Noah only had one thing
by which he knew the flood was going
to happen. What was it?
A:
(God’s word about what was going to
happen.)
8.
Q: What was it that kept
Noah building? What was his ticket?
A:
(God’s promise to him and his experience
with the Lord’s love
relationship with him.)
9.
Q: There are things God
wants me to have. To get it I must do two
things. What are they?
A:
(Keep on asking and believing. You can
use this as a ‘chant’ for
the audience: ASK and BELIEVE! Let them repeat
it several
times.)
Memory Verse:
Hebrews 11:1:
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
and/or
Romans 10:17: So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through
the word of Christ.

10. The Flood
The Flood Questions
Genesis 7, John 14:21, 23
Intended Outcome:
·
Viewers need to understand the importance and benefits of a good relationship with the Lord.
·
Seeds on how to hear the Lord’s voice need to be sown.
·
The value of obedience to the Lord need to be stressed.
Questions
1.
Q: Why did the Lord chose
Noah to go into the Ark and be saved?
A:
(Because he was the only one in the world
that did what was
right.)
2.
Q: How many people were
saved (count them out together with the
audience)?
A:
(Eight.)
3.
Q: How did the animals get
to the Ark? Did Noah and his sons herd
them in like sheep (dramatise a little)?
A:
(They came by themselves because the Lord
sent them.)
4.
Q: Where did the water
come from (explain the detail)?
A:
(From under the earth and as rain.
Information for the facilitator,
which you can share with children: Before the
flood there was a
canopy of water surrounding the earth, which
was where the
mist, that watered the earth, came from.
This canopy, which
consisted of a lot of water, came down.
After the flood it was
obviously gone, and thereafter it began to
rain as we know it
today, hence the rainbow. Water from under
the earth also
pushed up.)
5.
Q: How long did it rain?
A:
(Forty days and forty nights.)
6.
Q: What would have
happened if Noah did not believe the Lord?
A:
(He would not have built the Ark and
everything would have
been destroyed and the earth would have been
empty again.)
7.
Q: How did the Lord know
Noah would obey?
A:
(He had a loving relationship with the
Lord. He was used to
hearing the Lord’s voice and was used to being
obedient –
explain the relationship.)
8.
Q: How can you hear God’s
voice?
A:
(People, who are without Jesus, normally
think only of
themselves
and don’t usually do unselfish and good things
without seeing what they can get out of
it. So any thoughts of
doing good things unselfishly are usually
from the Lord.
Therefore, if you think of doing something
good, it is probably
the Lord
that asked you to do it. Then do it!)

Remind God of His Promises Questions

to promises for our benefit in order to build His Kingdom. We ought to dig out
these promises from God’s Word and remind the Lord of them.

9.

Q: Why could the whole
world understand one another?
A:
(They had one language.)
2.
Q: Why did the people
build the tower?
A:
(Because they wanted to feel powerful.
The actual words in the
Bible are: “Come,
let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that

ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the
whole earth.”)
3.
Q: What will happen if you
suddenly do not understand the person
next to you?
A:

understand and join them –
Facilitator
to do a little dramatised role-play to explain.)

experience and encourage them to look out
for ways the Lord
teaches them.)
8.
Q: Why does the Lord do
things in your life to help you to change?
A:
(He wants to get you ready to do His
will. One example is that of
an athlete who needs to train diligently,
experiencing pain as he
pushes himself harder to get better. In

as your life coach to train you to His
level of holiness and
efficiency.)
Memory Verse:
Psalm
133:1: How good and pleasant
it is when God’s people live together in unity!
